What credentials do your drivers have?
Our drivers are in possession of a commercial driver’s license with a passenger endorsement along with current Medical certification.
Does the Charter cost include driver gratuity?
No, however, we can add it to the booking if you’d like.
Do you have Wi-Fi available on board your buses?
Yes, based on availability.
Am I able to see a bus?
Yes, please call ahead to ensure we have vehicles available to view.
How far ahead can I reserve transportation!
For the best availability, reservations can be made up to a year in advance.
What is your cancelation policy?
We require a 21-day notice to receive a full refund.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 10% deposit to be paid to hold your reservation. Deposits are due within 7 days of making the reservation. Reservations are not confirmed without the deposit. Final payment would be due 21 days prior to departure.
Do you have restrooms on board your buses?
Yes, all of our larger buses in our fleet, 56 and 40 passengers come restroom equipped.
What is your food and drink policy on board the bus?
You are more than welcome to bring food and soft drinks on board, we kindly ask you to leave the bus in the same condition it was in when you boarded the bus.
Do you have a handicapped accessible bus available?
We do! Strapping in 1 chair, you have 45 seats. Strapping in 2 chairs, you are left with 41 seats.
Am I able to make changes to my Itinerary?
Yes, we ask any changes be made 30 days prior to your departure.
